La Duquesa Golf

Designed by legendary course architect Robert Trent Jones and opened in 1985, La Duquesa's 18 hole course wraps itself around the El Hacho Hill overlooking the picturesque marina of Puerto de la Duquesa and with views of the Costa del Sol, Mediterranean and North Africa.

This 6,717 yard par 72 varied course with it's 5 par 3s; 8 par 4s; 5 par 5s, is enjoyable for players of all levels. The first nine is fairly challenging with narrow fairways and raised greens, requiring a reasonable level of skill, whilst the back nine is easier, giving you a chance to make up for any mistakes made on the first. There is sometimes a stiff breeze which adds to the challenge.

Facilities include a Pro shop, driving range and lessons for all standard of players can be arranged. The Clubhouse facilities also include a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and squash courts.
