This breaks down into individual councillor's departments as such:

Water, Infrastructure and Public Works, Parks and Gardens: 20,149,517.86 euros
Fisheries, Social Rights, Industry and Commerce, Ferias and Fiestas: 864,530.69 euros
The head of the Finance Department, Carlos Gomez, emphasised that “this budget must be sufficient to cover all the services that the Ayuntamiento supplies to the citizens of Manilva and to take into account the increase in population seen in recent years. It will also guarantee to continue to raise the quality of life and continue the growth and development of the municipality in a regulated and responsible manner”.
There were various other matters attended to, one of the most important being the initiation of a study to determine the most appropriate management system for the domestic water supply.
All the proposals discussed in this full meeting of the Council were passed by vote and it was agreed that these decisions represented a positive way forward for the municipality, in particular the final approval of the General Budget.
