The Mayor of Manilva, Salvador Zotano, has signed an order demanding the demolition
of Block 6 of the Cortijos Altos development which it has been established is
being constructed on public land which is designated as a green zone.
According to the directive the developer has been given one month to comply
with the order, otherwise the Ayuntamiento will undertake the execution of the

Works on this block were ordered to be suspended on the 16th December, 2005

This is the first such order issued by Manilva’s new Planning Department

Manilva as well as ensuring the legality of all planning decisions.
