Free School Text Books

In a press conference, given recently in Manilva by PSOE councillor Salvador Zotano and Spanish MP Dolores Blanca Mena, it was announced that this year all school books for the 1st and 2nd year Primary School children will be free.

This is in line with new Government policy to make all school books free, which is being phased in over the next few years.

This policy is aimed to lessen the cost of putting children through school, and will make a big difference to household budgets.

For more details, parents should enquire at their respective schools in the first couple of weeks in September
