Junta accepts new Sabinillas Health Centre |

The Mayoress of Manilva, Antonia Muñoz, accompanied by the Councillor for Health,members of the Town Council, and other staff visited the new health centre in Sabinillas this month to officially hand over the building to the Junta de Andalucia's health authority.
The Provincial Delegate for Health, María Antigua Escalera, accepted the keys on behalf of the Junta who will now equip and staff the building in accordance with the agreement signed between the Manilva Town Council and themselves. The centre, which will serve a population of almost 12 thousand residents, along with tourists and other visitors, has been built at a cost of 2 million euros of which 350,000 has been contributed by the Junta, with a further 217,000 euros to be invested by them in fitting out the facility. Once all the necessary proceedings have been finalised the new health centre should be open in approximately one month |
