Manilva's department of youth and sports has announced that the Municipal School of Golf will be offering lessons to children at the La Duquesa Golf Club.

The classes are available to children born between 1993-2002 and 1999-2002 with this latter group also enjoying an hour of multi-sports each week as part of the package.

Enrolment begins as from Thursday, 2nd October, and those interested can visit the office of the delegación de Juventud y Deportes, situated in the Plaza Martin Carpena, next to the football ground in Manilva or the Edificio de Usos Multiples in Calle Miguel Delibes, Sabinillas, or telephone 952 891 532 or 952 893 838.

Classes are 25€ per month which includes, for those enrolling for the 2008-2009 course, a tracksuit.
 
For more information there will be a meeting from 2 pm on October, 2nd at the office in Plaza Martin Carpena with the councillor, Diego Urieta, and the monitor in charge of the Municipal Golf School.
