The event was organised by the local Foreigners Department as part of the winter programme of events.

The event proved so popular that a second night had to be arranged, with the Councillor for Foreigners, Diego Urieta, attending on the Friday, whilst on Saturday the Mayoress, Antonia Muñoz, and councillor Diego Diaz representing the Town Hall.

Due to the success of the evening the department plans to hold another such event later in the month.
