Manilva’s Municipal School of Music is accepting enrolment in the 2007/2008 courses.

The Councillor responsible for this department, Música Yolanda Holgado, has informed us that enrolment is open from the 17th to the 28th of September and those wishing to take advantage of the wide range of activities should register at the School (above the new Policia Local station in Manilva) between 6 pm and 9pm.

Classes are available in piano, guitar, as well as the Manilva Town Band where you can learn clarinet, flute, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, tuba and percussion.

The School’s Director, Fernando Antiñolo, has also announced some various other activities such as the choir, workshops for, Jazz and Light Music such as keyboards, electric guitar, drums, DJing and singing.

There are music and movement introduction courses for 4 to 8 year olds as well as a musical ‘nursery’ for the under 4s.
