Written by El Duque
Thursday, 30 October 2008
After various discussions between the Town Hall's Finance Department, and the Provincial Revenue Collection Agency, an agreement has been reached, subject to approval by the Provincial Government in Málaga, for facilities to be made available for payment of IBI (rates) in instalments.

This agreement applies for the 2009 fiscal year onwards and would allow property owners in the municipality of Manilva to apply to pay this local tax in ten monthly instalments, without any interest or other charges.

Applications can be made at the local office of the Patronato de Recaudación (located next to the police station in Manilva) from the beginning of 2009 with a view to the monthly repayments running from February to November. The only requirement is that payments are made by standing order through your bank.
