IBI property tax in Manilva set to be reduced from 0.9 to 0.7 percent

Manilva Town Hall

Manilva’s local authorities will be proposing at the next council session that the IBI property tax be reduced from 0.9% to 0.7% of the catastral value.

This move is in addition to recent reductions already approved for those paying by direct debit and who are up-to-date with their payments, and together could total a reduction of up to 30% in IBI charges.

According to Manilva’s Mayor, Antonia Muñoz, this move aims to relieve some of the financial pressure on local residents and businesses despite the Town Hall’s need for these funds.
